Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Germany – Berlin.
Germany: approximate delivery time of 2-5 business days.
Europe: approximate delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Worldwide: approximate delivery time of 5-12 business days.

Kindly provide a contact phone number during the ordering process to ensure smooth communication. Once an order is confirmed through our website, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please note that shipments typically require a signature upon delivery; therefore, we regretfully inform you that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any orders marked as delivered or where delivery attempts have been made. VAT and import duty charges may apply for deliveries to countries outside the EU.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email. LOLA SWIM does not deliver to packing stations.
Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.
