The items bought from www.lolaswim.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns processed after 14 days of purchase are not subject to refunds, we are happy to offer you a store credit note.
Return handling and return shipping costs (including custom duties) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as we sent out. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.
Once our quality control team has checked the items and approved the return we will be able to process your refund.
Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed: -Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse-Processing and inspection for refund approval-Authorisation to finance department to issue refund-It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.
It's not possible to request a refund for products purchased with a discount.
